Refunds

You may cancel the Services at any time.
To do so you must request cancellation via our website or in writing (email)
We will cancel the Services within 2 working days of receipt of your request.

During the first 14 days of Services, Where there is a Service Issue you are entitled to a refund of the basic hosting plan rental fee should you decide to cancel the Services.
No full refunds or pro rata refunds will be made due after the first 14 days of service should you decide to cancel the Services.

Upgrades : All upgrades will be processed after the full upgrade payment is received.

Downgrades: We do not offer a refund for services downgraded before the next billing due date, if you wish to downgrade any service to be active on your next billing date please submit a support ticket with our billing department and this will be processed and a new amended invoice can be issued.

Domain name registration fees and charges for optional extras added to your account are not refundable under any circumstances.

You will not be entitled to a refund on this basis if you have previously held an account with INET4u
